Total Merchant Services helps individuals and businesses create a powerful Internet presence by providing end to end ecommerce solutions, including merchant accounts, web hosting, shopping carts and domain names. We offer robust servers for hosting your websites. We utilize multiple backbone connections and high speed lines such as OC-3, DC-3 and T-3 to ensure your customers always have fast access to your website.

Total Merchant Services is a registered ISO (Visa) and MSP (MasterCard) and a member service provider for HSBC Bank USA, [NYSE Symbol: HBC] one of the largest banks in the world. Total Merchant Services is also a registered ESA (American Express) and RAP (Discover). For back-end settlement of merchant's daily transactions Total Merchant Services works with Global Payments, formerly National Data Corporation, [NYSE Symbol: GPN]. Front-end processing networks include Visanet/Vital, NDC East, NDC Central (formerly MAPP) and NDC West. In some cases, Total Merchant Services utilizes First Data [FDR/FDC] Nashville Platform for front and back-end processing.

We also work with other acquiring banks, ISO's/MSP's, such at Harris Bank/Paynet Merchant Services,
I Payment Inc/Online Data Corp, FDC/First Data Corp, Card Ready/Key Bank for obtaining merchant accounts for businesses that do not meet Total Merchant Services underwriting criteria, or Total Merchant Services criteria conflicts the merchant's needs. For example, we will use FDC/ First Data's processing network for any merchant who uses Yahoo! Stores, because FDC is the only compatible processing network for Yahoo! Stores.

For Internet merchant accounts we've established relationships with several gateway vendors such as Authorize.net, Verisign, Plug N Pay. (with proper trademarks) For merchants who conduct business with the US Government and Merchants whose clients are primarily corporations that pay with purchase or corporate cards, we've established a relationship with 3 Delta Systems Gateway (3DSI) for Level 2 and/or Level 3 data submission. Total Merchant Services merchant accounts are fully Level 2 and Level 3 certified. We can provide other solutions for Level 2 processing if needed.

Any business that does not fit within the Total Merchant Services merchant account approval guidelines, we can most likely place with another acquiring bank and/or ISO/MSP which we have established relationships with. This would include new business high volume and other on the list. Furthermore, Total Merchant Services also provides end to end ecommerce solutions, including Internet merchant accounts, virtual terminal payment gateways,  web hosting, shopping carts, and domain names.
